A. Susan Biggers
A. Susan Biggers was born in Shelby, North Carolina. She graduated from Wake Forest University (B.A., magna cum laude, 1988) and the University of North Carolina (J.D., with honors, 1991). Ms. Biggers was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1991, North Carolina. She was a member of the North Carolina Journal of International Law in 1990-1991 and recipient of an American Legal Jurisprudence Award in Legal Research and Writing and Professional Responsibility. Ms. Biggers is a member of the Cleveland County and North Carolina Bar Associations and the North Carolina State Bar.

Lydia A. Hoza
Lydia was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, October 26, 1972, and was admitted to bar in 1998 for North Carolina. She graduated from Allegheny College (B.A., magna cum laude, 1995) and Wake Forest School of Law (J.D., 1998). She is a member of the National Museum for Women in the Arts, 2000-present. She was formerly with Deaton, Biggers, & Hoza P.L.L.C., 1998-2000; Womble, Carlyle, Sandridge & Rice, 2001-2003; and Bailey & Thomas, 2003-2004. Lydia is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association (Secretary, 1999-present, and Treasurer, 2000-present, Cleveland County) and the North Carolina State Bar. Her reported cases include Lovelace vs. City of Shelby, 351 N.C. 458, 526 S.E. 2d 652 (2000).
