Firm Profile

The firm of Deaton, Biggers, & Hoza was founded in 1989 by W. Robinson Deaton, Jr., who was joined by A. Susan Biggers in 1991. Lydia A. Hoza joined the firm from 1998-2000 and rejoined firm in 2006.

The service area encompasses primarily Cleveland, Lincoln and Rutherford Counties, North Carolina. The practice areas of the firm include all areas of the law, with emphasis towards family law, personal injury, worker's compensation, social security disability, civil litigation.
